Your experience includes FREE AIRFARE from the West Coast of the US, three delicious meals each day, eco-luxury accommodation of your choice, 2 yoga classes each day (at least one aerial class daily), airport transfers and access to the resort’s many amenities including pool and beach. You will have the opportunity to add on other experiences to your stay, ranging from surfing lessons to spa sessions. We intentionally build in plenty of “down time” to allow you to be as adventurous or as relaxed as you’d like.

Jen is the owner of Flight Room Seattle, a collection of four adorable aerial yoga studios in Seattle, WA. She teaches (and holds certifications in) a variety of formats (both mat and aerial) and her absolute FAVORITE part of her job is leading international retreats. She enjoys creating a relaxed, welcoming environment where each retreat participant can get exactly what they need.
