Mornings begin with meditation and yoga practice, and afternoons are filled with nourishing meals and ample time for reflection, relaxation, and exploration.

Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga

Kristin is an experienced 500 hour yoga teacher and certified Meditation Teacher, as well as a psychotherapist in private practice. She serves as Lead Trainer in Verge Yoga Teacher Training and has led transformative international yoga and meditation retreats for 12 years. Kristin's approach is characterized by its heart-centeredness and practicality, aiming to make yoga accessible. Her journey into yoga began at the age of 23, spurred by a back injury and a physical therapist's recommendation to try yoga, marking the beginning of a transformative and lifelong commitment to the practice.
