Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 16 days or more before check-in will be allowed to re-schedule their reservation within the following 12 months from the cancellation notice, a $65 processing fee applies to all cancellations or modifications. No re-schedule is possible if the cancellation occurs 15 days or less in advance or on arrival day, or if the client does not show up, or leaves early for any reason.
