Elizabeth Jane “ EJ” creates a safe, nurturing space that allows for a bit of magic, inner healing, and moments to touch the divine within us. She has served as lead teacher for multiple 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world from India, to Malta, to Indonesia, to Mexico. To her, these ancient tools serve as profound medicine that help us return to our inquisitive, joyful, natural Self. She has been studying, practicing, and sharing yoga all over the world for over 11 years.

Michele LaVire

Acupuncturist and Practitioner of Oriental Medicine including Traditional Chinese Medicine

Michele is an Acupuncturist who has been in the health and wellness field for over 20 years now. She is passionate about working with women and helping them FEEL amazing in their own skin and all that encompasses. From skincare (including micro and nano-needling) to embodiment practices, Michele offers a wide spectrum of services incorporating TCM, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, Pilates, stretch therapy and functional movement. Michele is ecstatic to guide you through your own personal Goddess Reclamation. Her life’s work is helping you to walk their most luminous path.
