Original Hot Yoga (aka Bikram)

Originally from Belarus, I came to the States when I was 19 and spent 15 years living in NYC. My yoga journey started in the city with Bikram yoga and I was lucky to practice and learn from the best teachers at the time. I have been practicing and teaching different styles for the past ten years. Original hot yoga (aka Bikram) has a special place in my heart, it always feels like home and I enjoy teaching it the most. I bring strong focus to the alignment and building strong foundation for safer practice, paying close attention to each student and their abilities.
