Then we turn it up a notch (or 2) with a vigorous morning yoga flow that set you up for success with intelligent sequencing, mindful progressions and plenty of options along the way. You will be challenged and supported regardless of your yoga resume’.

In the evenings, it’s all about ease with SATYA (Somatic Awareness Training for Yoga)—a gentle, restorative practice that releases tension, helps you recover faster, and lets you move with more freedom. It’s that special sauce you didn’t know you needed.

This 10th annual New Years retreat is all about Euphoria Retreats’ philosophy of healthy hedonism—balancing movement, mindfulness, and a little indulgence. Whether you’re flowing on the mat, exploring the jungle, or treating yourself to something delicious, this is your time to reset, recharge, and embrace the sweet (and salty) life.

Passionate about meditation and yoga, Lisa loves introducing people to a variety of meditation styles, including breath work, guided and mantra based meditations. There is an art to aligning the mind, body and spirit, that once tapped into, can bring a light to the mind — and inner peace to the heart. Lisa’s practice includes over 25 years of yoga and dance.
