I adore movement of all kinds. Flow state and dropping into my body (and out of my head) are tools that have helped me manage ongoing anxiety and depression for decades. I accidentally stumbled onto my yoga mat at age 15 and realized over time that creativity, strength, and grace are accessible to all of us with the right amount of simply just showing up for ourselves regularly.

With all of my offerings, the intention is clear- I want you to find joy in this human experience. I want to help you understand that you are your own best healer, and empower you with mindfulness, movement, and recovery skills that can become your best friend for life.
