As someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously, Jenn believes yoga is there for all of us provide self-kindness, fresh eyes to view the world, and yes, definitely fun and laughter. Jenn leads retreats nation-wide and is based in Central Pennsylvania where she sings with her band, Anchor&Arrow. Jenn aims to bring light-hearted fun, big breath and movement to her classes as well as a feeling of safety, comfort and body-positivity. This will be Jenn's third retreat at Xinalani, second time leading. It's hands down the most awe-inspiring week of her year. Jenn cannot wait to go back in March and share the magic with all of you.
