Join us for a rejuvenating yoga retreat where each day begins and ends with mindful movement and connection. You’ll enjoy two yoga classes daily—energizing, expansive vinyasa in the morning and calming evening sessions with meditation, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra. Between practices, explore the beauty of the local landscape with group adventures and free time to relax by the beach. This retreat is designed to restore your body, inspire your spirit, and deepen your yoga practice. Long-form vinyasa flows will help you build strength and presence, while gentle practices will support rest and nervous system reset.
Daily rituals, ocean air, and nourishing food create space to unwind and recharge. We’ll move, breathe, laugh, and share meals together, building a warm, supportive community along the way. Whether you’re here to reconnect with yourself, meet like-hearted people, or simply take a break, you’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded. All levels are welcome—just bring your curiosity, your mat, and your sense of adventure. Let this be your time to tune in, stretch out, and soak up the magic of yoga and nature.

To me, yoga is about creating space and unraveling the tangles in our body and mind, bringing clarity to the things that get out of focus, and deepening the relationship with self. Yoga is being with the crazy, complicated, playful, and joyful aspects of ourselves and loving them all the same. I am inspired in my teaching by growth, challenge, and curiosity. Life is continually calling on us to listen and learn the way our bodies and practices change throughout our lifetime. I use my personal practice to navigate my teaching.

Melissa Mackey

Yoga Teacher

Melissa is a Portland-based yoga teacher (500-hour RYT) and owner of NOW Yoga and Yomassage. She began practicing in 2008 and fell in love with yoga’s power to transform both body and mind. She completed her 200-hour in 2015 and a 300-hour with Rosie Acosta. Melissa is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where students feel supported to explore, grow, and reconnect with their essence. Whether through movement, meditation, or harmonium-accompanied rest, she invites presence and authenticity in every class.
