You’ll enjoy two yoga classes daily—energizing, expansive vinyasa in the morning and calming evening sessions with meditation, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra. Between practices, explore the beauty of the local landscape with group adventures and free time to relax by the beach. This retreat is designed to restore your body, inspire your spirit, and deepen your yoga practice. Long-form vinyasa flows will help you build strength and presence, while gentle practices will support rest and nervous system reset.
Daily rituals, ocean air, and nourishing food create space to unwind and recharge. We’ll move, breathe, laugh, and share meals together, building a warm, supportive community along the way. Whether you’re here to reconnect with yourself, meet like-hearted people, or simply take a break, you’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded.
