Please review the following terms and conditions for content collaborations.
About Us
Xinalani is a wellness eco-resort located in the mountains of Quimixto, a charming fishing village south of Puerto Vallarta.
Guidelines
We want to ensure the collaboration benefits both parties and aligns with our brand values. Please consider the following:
CONTENT DELIVERABLES
All photos and videos delivered must be edited and ready for use.
Social media content (e.g., posts, stories, reels) must be public and include tags to our official accounts.
USAGE RIGHTS
Xinalani reserves the right to re-use all photographs and videos provided as part of the collaboration. This includes sharing them on our organic social media channels, website, newsletters, and printed marketing materials.
We will always provide credit when using your content.
If you have specific usage terms or restrictions regarding the sharing or re-use of your content, please let us know prior to signing the contract.
Deliverables & Agreement
Once we agree on the content deliverables, timelines, and inclusions, we will formalize the collaboration with a signed contract for both parties.
Exclusions: Additional activities, massages, tours, or incidentals are not covered unless specifically stated in the agreement for documentation purposes.
Access to the Resort
The hotel is accessible only by boat, requiring a 45-minute ride from Puerto Vallarta.
Be mindful of the military checkpoint during transit and pack accordingly. Let us know in advance if you plan to bring a drone, as it will require an alternative route.
Please note that Xinalani is not a family hotel; the minimum age for guests is 12 years old.
Visits are not recommended for advanced pregnancies.
Your Stay
Your stay includes three meals a day, tailored to special diets (vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, or allergy needs). We do not serve red meat, but chicken and seafood are available.
Our property is set on a mountainside, so a certain level of physical condition is required to navigate the resort. There are no elevators, and the site is not mobility-friendly.
You are invited to join our daily morning yoga class with our resident teachers during your stay.
Logistics
We will require your personal information, as well as the information of anyone accompanying you.
We will confirm your dates of interest and offer a room based on availability.
Please note that Xinalani hosts private retreats organized by external teachers. We ask that you respect their space and activities.
