About The Teacher

Kristin Page

Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga

Kristin Page brings decades of experience teaching and practicing yoga and meditation. She is an experienced 500-hour yoga teacher, certified meditation teacher, Lead Trainer in Verge Yoga Teacher Training, and a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. For more than 12 years, she has led transformative international yoga and meditation retreats that weave together movement, mindfulness, nature, community, and adventure.

Kristin’s teaching is grounded, heart-centered, and practical, creating a welcoming space where students of all experience levels feel supported. Her journey into yoga began at age 23 after a back injury led a physical therapist to recommend yoga—a suggestion that sparked a lifelong practice and continues to inspire her passion for helping others cultivate greater presence, resilience, and well-being.
