About the Teachers

Michelle Waldron

Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor

Michelle Waldron is passionate about strength training and empowering others to find their own strength through exercise. She’s a NASM-certified personal trainer and has additional certifications in step aerobics, group fitness, active aging, integrated flexibility training, and integrated speed, agility & and quickness training. She loves working with clients of all ages and abilities and will customize her training plan based on the goals of her clients.

Stephanie Hubber

Yoga & Meditation

Stephanie has been practicing and guiding yoga classes for 25 years — completing her teacher training at Eight Limbs Yoga studio in Seattle and going on to open and run her own yoga studio in Friday Harbor, WA. Her yoga sessions draw on yogic philosophy and the belief that true wellness lives at the intersection of body, mind, and spirit. Her approach is warm, grounded, and a little bit magic — she believes the most powerful transformations happen not when we push harder, but when we finally let ourselves arrive.

Robyn Bjornstad

Nutrition & Fitness Coach

Robyn Bjornstad is a health, nutrition, and fitness coach, retreat leader, and owner of  Island Strength + Movement in Friday Harbor, Washington. She is passionate about helping women feel strong, energized, confident, and fully nourished — inside and out — with a balanced approach to strength training, nutrition, mindset, and meaningful connection. Through coaching, classes, community, and wellness retreats, Robyn empowers women to prioritize their health, build sustainable habits, and thrive in midlife and beyond.
