Join me on a week-long retreat —in the truest sense of the word— at Xinalani, a stunning remote luxury eco-resort near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Xinalani is an awe-inspiring place, only reachable by boat, where the lush jungle meets the emerald ocean. A place to disconnect from your day-to-day world and reconnect with what matters; a full reset.

It will be a week full of blissed-out yoga, ridiculously delicious and plentiful food, lounging hard by the pool, sunset walks on the pristine private beach, big belly laughs, connecting with others, and maybe even some sunset margaritas, because you know it’s Mexico!

Erin Prichard

Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative Yoga

Erin has been teaching yoga since 2004. She believes yoga is a practice of healing, awareness, connection and empowerment. Erin has trained hundreds of students to become teachers. An American living in London, she has taught in numerous settings, from prisons, to refugee centers, to international studios. Erin’s teaching is a combination of her influences, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Trauma-informed Yoga. Her classes focus on philosophy, inclusivity, and touch upon relationships, nature, neuroscience, and Buddhism. She enjoys surfing, exploring, and lying in a hammock.
