About the teacher

Leila Swenson

Vinyasa Yoga, Mantra, Meditation

Leila’s yoga studies began in 2000 at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA and her classes flow naturally from the heart. An experienced teacher, Leila has been teaching full-time in San Francisco/Bay Area since 2010 leading public classes, workshops, retreats, & serving on the faculty of Yoga Teacher Trainings. Devoted to the practice, Leila is deeply appreciative of this gift from India and loves that yoga is a holistic practice of compassion & well-being. This is Leila's 11th year leading Happiness Yoga Retreats at Xinalani and she is very grateful to the Xinalani staff & her community of yogis that accompany her on the adventure!
