Yoga & Cultural Travel

A bohemian at heart, Katie is a globe-trotting, earth-loving spiritual adventurer with 30+ years as a practicing yogi. After three years apprenticing in Power Yoga, she recently returned to study in India with Raghunath Cappo. While physical asana is central to her classes, it’s the emotional and spiritual depth that truly defines her teaching. With over a decade in environmental education, Katie specializes in connecting students to the earth through yoga. She’s led 50+ transformational retreats around the world and is thrilled to share the magic of sacred Mexico with you.

Aerial Yoga & Arts

Liz is a proud student of Yoga Bohemia, where she completed both her 200 and 300-hour teacher trainings in a heart-centered community that continues to shape her voice and vision. As the owner and lead trainer of Poised for Flight Aerial Yoga & Arts, she specializes in aerial yoga instruction and teacher training with a style that is dynamic and deeply nurturing. A Reiki Master and spiritual healer, Liz also weaves shamanic techniques into her work, creating space for transformation on both physical and energetic levels. She is honored to share her passion with students from all walks of life.

Andrea's fitness journey prioritizes holistic strength, integrating innovative teaching methods to enhance stability and agility effectively. Continuously learning she strive to keep workouts engaging and enjoyable. She holds certifications in yoga, aerial yoga, Pilates and barre along with a martial arts background. She has been teaching for over two decades always aiming to improve.
