About the teacher

Ashley Owusu-Ansah

Strength and Pilates

Ashley is an Ottawa based instructor, who currently teaches at Framework Ottawa and Soulspeak yoga. Her classes are designed to be playfully challenging, intuitive and accessible to all bodies and fitness levels.

During the retreat Ashley will be offering classes which incorporate a blend of pilates, strength, plyometrics and calisthenics movements all done to the beat of the music.

Dani Goldberg

Yoga

Dani is a yoga and movement instructor based in Toronto, Ontario. She has been teaching at studios and events across the city since 2016, after completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Byron Yoga Centre in Byron Bay, Australia.

Dani teaches fun and purposeful classes that focus on alignment and breath. She encourages her students to use organic movements to build strength while finding peace and mindfulness.

She is so excited to combine her passion for yoga as well as travel with the Glow and Flow retreat and can't wait to connect with you on and off the mat!
