
Calma: Relax the mind and move the body
From December 6 to 13, 2025
The present is our greatest gift, we will use yoga, creative movement, breath, meditation, mantras, and journaling as a sutra—a thread of connection—to call ourselves home and into the present moment.
Morning Practices will be more active and include breath work and meditation.
Afternoon Practices will incorporate creative movement, mantras and close with yoga nidra.
In addition to twice daily yoga there will be a 2 hour thai-yoga partner massage workshop on Wednesday.
