About The Teacher

Tracie Sage

Yoga Teacher, Movement Therapist and Relationship Coach

Tracie Sage is a devoted student and teacher with thousands of hours of teaching and training, rooted in the deep-listening, self-embracing practice of Kripalu Yoga as well as extensive training in Movement Therapy, anatomy & kinesiology, Pilates and Therapeutic Yoga. Tracie is a certified Yoga Teacher, Movement Therapist and Relationship Coach who has trained and practiced extensively for over twenty-five years. She brings it all together in teaching Wild Spirit Yoga, a heart opening practice to express the spirit within you. Tracie's gift is creating a safe and welcoming space for growth & healing. She shares her enthusiasm for life in practical and playful ways to inspire our deep listening and unfolding while teaching powerful practices that create loving connection with ourselves and each other.
