Portal: Your Passage to Yoga, Pilates & Soundscapes

This retreat is a week of dynamic movement and restoration designed to transform and replenish your physical, mental, and emotional being.

Step through the portal – out of the cold, dark rhythm of winter and into the warmth sun-soaked reprieve. Each day you’ll be nourished by fresh meals and juices, balanced with twice-daily practices designed to challenge, energize and restore. Intermediate vinyasa flows will guide you through challenge, discovery, and bliss, while Pilates will strengthen body and mind alike. To heighten the experience, a live DJ will accompany at least one class each day, layering ethereal soundscapes with movement for full immersion. Through this portal, you’ll experience transformation not only in your surroundings, but within yourself—building fiery heat, softening into deep restoration, and returning home clear, vibrant, and more whole.

About the Teachers

Tyler Cottrell

Vinyasa, Pilates, Yin & Myofascial release

Tyler Cottrell is a 500-hour RYT with additional trainings in functional movement, anatomy, and myofascial release. As a facilitator of posture, movement, connection, and attentiveness to the self, she recognizes that life is vast and our experiences raw; because of this, she believes healing happens in spaces of non-judgmental embrace. Her classes are known for dynamic sequencing that is both mentally and physically challenging, always with the intention of holding space for journeys of self-discovery and healing.

Erin Etcheverria

Musician / Co-host

Erin is an artist who channels her gifts into music, songwriting, creating transformative spaces. Through live DJ sets, original songs, and intuitive soundscapes, she weaves rhythm and voice, amplifying presence and connection. Her artistry invites participants to move beyond the physical, opening layers of emotion, energy, and self-discovery that enrich the journey on the mat.
