Ocho Años de Fuego
Imagine waking up each morning to the rhythm of the ocean and the sounds of the jungle. This yoga retreat unfolds where the jungle meets the beach…a place to relax, renew your body, and renew your soul.
Each day I offer two guided yoga classes. Morning practice is energizing and fiery, designed to awaken the body through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Evening practice is slower and nourishing through yin postures. Deeply calming, restorative and meditative.
Between classes, this retreat invites true wellness and wellbeing. There is space to rest, swim in the ocean or pool, wander on a hike, get a massage, read or simply be still. Fresh and delicious meals will be provided three times a day to nourish your soul from the inside out.
The secret bonus (best part) is the connections and friendships made here. Sharing yoga practice, meals and moments of laughter (there is usually a lot, create a true sense of community that feels easy, authentic and like a second family. We become bonded quickly by intention and shared experience.
