Join us for a week of adventure, exploration and friendship!

Rejuvenate your body and soul through a variety of yoga and pilates sessions designed to embrace mindfulness and promote inner balance and tranquility. Work up a sweat and improve endurance, strength and mindset through fun full body workouts with an exercise physiologist.

Unplug and soak in action packed days in this jungle paradise through daily adventures including guided hiking and waterfall swimming with nature experts and marine biologists, paddleboarding clinics/outings including a SUP snorkel tour of Los Arcos National Marine preserve and salsa dancing. In your free time enjoy hanging out at the beach, taking a cooking class, sweat lodge ceremony, swimming in the pool, reading a book or getting a massage!

All meals are included; You will be nourished with sensational, chef-prepared healthy Mexican cuisine accommodating all dietary needs and preferences.

About the Teachers

Lauren Jones

Paddleboard instructor, pilates instructor, exercise physiologist

Lauren Jones is the founder of Life's 2 Short Fitness and grew up hiking peaks in Colorado and exploring rivers, lakes, and oceans across the world. She has her degree in exercise science + sports performance, nutrition, plus certifications in running/MTB coaching, sports medicine, pilates and paddleboarding. Lauren has been working as a trainer, coach and mountain guide for over 20 years. She is passionate about introducing women to new outdoor activities and living life to its fullest!

Amanda Jensen

Yoga, Barre, Marine Biologist

Amanda is a certified yoga, barre and paddleboard instructor who in a previous life was a Marine Biologist working as a research SCUBA diver all over the world, specializing in fish identification and ecosystem biodiversity.
