Vinyasa, sound bowl facilitator

Dee Ann is a 500-hour E-RYT certified yoga teacher devoted to creating inclusive, empowering spaces where all students feel welcome to explore their practice. Deeply influenced by her teachers, peers, and her own life-changing journey with yoga, Dee Ann weaves together intention, meditation, pranayama, and asana to support a holistic and accessible experience for every level. With a belief that yoga is a lifelong journey, Dee Ann encourages students to move, breathe, and grow in a way that extends beyond the mat and into a meaningful, embodied lifestyle.

Jill Factor

Power Vinyasa

Jill is a 200-hour Power Vinyasa–trained yoga instructor with over twelve years of experience guiding Vinyasa flow practices. Her classes are rooted in breath, strength, and mindful movement, creating space for both challenge and ease.With a background in dance, she brings creativity, rhythm, and fluidity to each sequence, offering a practice that feels both dynamic and expressive. Her training deeply influences her teaching, supporting an approach that honors the body’s natural design and intuitive intelligence.Jill encourages students to explore movement in a way that feels authentic, sustainable, and freeing both on and off the mat.
