Xinalani achieves “Safe Travels” stamp by meeting global health and safety standards

In light of recent initiatives by the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Board and the State of Jalisco Government, Xinalani ceased the opportunity to achieve the World Travel and Tourism Council’s “Safe Travels” protocol by meeting globally established hygiene and sanitation standards at our facility. After an intensive training program, we now strictly follow the WTTC's leading global protocols for the new normal hospitality.

Our top priority, as we navigate in these uncertain times, is to protect the health of guests and staff. Moreover we are committed to be leaders in our community and show the way for a healthy and safe lifestyle. We have taken the spring lock-down period as an opportunity to revisit our protocols and align to the World Health Organization guidelines to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

We set up an enhanced health and safety protocol with social distancing prevention measures and a newly incremented room cleaning disinfection routine.
