A Life Well Lived – Lifestyle retreat
From March 1 to 8, 2025
This retreat is all about you. Hosted by a psychologist and long time yoga instructor you will be well taken care of. From the moment you step off the plane you will be looked after. Your days are yours an all activities are optional. You will have an opportunity to take 2 yoga classes a day as well as group excursions, and you are also welcome to take as much time on your own as you like. Everything is optional and this time is fully tailored to you. This is Chelsea’s 8th time leading this retreat and will be her last. She is excited to share it with you!
