From March 1 to 8, 2025

This retreat is all about you. Hosted by a psychologist and long time yoga instructor you will be well taken care of. From the moment you step off the plane you will be looked after. Your days are yours an all activities are optional. You will have an opportunity to take 2 yoga classes a day as well as group excursions, and you are also welcome to take as much time on your own as you like. Everything is optional and this time is fully tailored to you. This is Chelsea’s 8th time leading this retreat and will be her last. She is excited to share it with you!

About the teacher

Chelsea Laschenko

Yoga/meditation instructor/ psychologist

Chelsea has over 1000 hrs of yoga training and has been teaching for over 10 years. She has taught in brain injury clinics, rehab centres, privately with NHL players and other professional athletes. She was a full time yoga teacher for nearly 10 years. She is now a full time psychologist and teaches yoga vocationally. She is a soulful teacher who tailors her classes to all levels so everyone feels welcome and safe.
