Through energizing strength sessions, flow and restorative yoga, and outdoor adventures, you’ll rediscover what it means to feel truly strong—inside and out. Between movement sessions, you’ll have time to unwind, soak up the sun, and reconnect with yourself.

Our wellness coaching circles will help you dive deeper into your health journey—learning to nourish your body, find balance, and build lasting habits for both physical and emotional well-being. Most importantly, you’ll connect with an inspiring community of women who are all here to move, laugh, and grow together.

About the Teachers

Robyn Bjonstad

Group Exercise and Strength Building, Health & Nutrition Coaching

Robyn Bjornstad is a fitness and wellness professional who helps women feel strong, confident, and connected. As a gym and wellness center owner and certified health & fitness coach, she blends strength training, nutrition, and holistic practices to help clients thrive. After 24 years in corporate healthcare, Robyn now creates transformational experiences through her Fit Inside & Out Women’s Retreats, empowering women to move, learn, relax, and embrace balance in body and mind.

Michelle Waldron

Strength & Fitness

Michelle Waldron is passionate about strength training and empowering others to find their own strength through exercise. She's a NASM-certified personal trainer and has additional certifications in step aerobics, group fitness, active aging, integrated flexibility training, and integrated speed, agility & and quickness training. She loves working with clients of all ages and abilities and will customize her training plan based on the goals of her clients.

Stephanie Keys

Yoga & Sound Bath

Stephanie is an experienced yoga instructor and dedicated practitioner, passionate about helping others find strength, balance, and mindfulness through yoga.
