Pat Sperry is the founder of Flourish Well-Being. He is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Professional Executive and Personal Coach, Men’s Work Facilitator, and world traveler. With fourteen years of teaching experience including four years in India, China, and Southeast Asia, his commitment to practice paired with his playful and impassioned spirit makes him an approachable and impactful teacher. His mission is to serve and empower his communities to flourish by showing up as an example of embodied, integrated, and whole-hearted living.

Catalina De León

Reiki Master

Catalina is a practitioner of Ancestral Medicine, Reiki Master, Sound Healing Artist, Certified Yoga Therapist, and devoted mother of three beautiful girls. In 2018, she visited India for the first time and was deeply impacted. She feels blessed and excited to return to Mother India and rediscover it alongside you. Her mission is to empower people to access their own divine wisdom by holding a space of unconditional love.
