Anna is an advanced level teacher known for her creative sequencing, space for self expression and release, continued curiosity of the human body/mind experience, joy of engagement with her students, and having a little fun. Her philosophy is that yoga is never about the pose, but about creating sensations in the body to act as tools for self reflection, knowing, and to build a foundation for longevity, independence, balance and joy!
