Free the physical body with Fascia-focused Vinyasa flows, intuitive somatic movement, and targeted Myofascial Release techniques (MFR). Through the lens of the fascia that connects and separates everything in the body, flow from a space of compassion and allowing, releasing long-held tensions and unkind “stuck” emotions.
Free the subtle, energetic body through Chakra-focused pranayama, Yoga Nidra (the psychic/yogic sleep), and Sound Baths, ultimately unlocking your true spirit and your potential for positive change.
In addition to two meticulously crafted classes per day, there will be optional arm balance & inversion workshops, as well as opportunities for guided reflection and journaling.
