Yoga Instructor + Sound Bath Facilitator

Sophia Mallie is an international retreat leader with 17+ years of experience. She combines yoga, sound healing, and somatic practices to help students reconnect with their innate courage and sense of belonging. Using her voice alongside healing instruments, she guides participants to release old patterns and embrace who they truly are. Her retreats create intimate, transformative spaces where all can embody strength, celebrate themselves, and step confidently into life feeling empowered and renewed.

Miya Kishi Dunets

Miya Kishi Dunets is a yoga and meditation teacher, sound worker, Reiki practitioner, singer-songwriter, and contemplative psychotherapist with many years of training in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound. She is a life-long student committed to sharing the practices that help her to find steadiness, purpose, and peace. Miya is a firm believer in the ability of conscious movement, stillness, breath, and sound to lead each of us to our highest selves. Through commitment and constant practice, we can find courage, compassion, resilience, and grace.
