Hatha, Yin, Restorative Yoga and Meditation

Hello! I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and have taught over 600 hours of yoga and meditation. I am a Canadian yoga alliance certified RYT-250 teacher. My teaching focus comes from an intention of how it feels vs what it looks like. I believe yoga is a nurturing practice going beyond the asanas and creating a sense of feeling and releasing to create a balanced mind-body connection.Yoga and meditation allows us to learn about our physical, emotional and mental bodies creating a connection to Self and others.

Kelsey Ramirez

Yoga Instructor and Holistic Health Coach

Hi I’m Kelsey Ramirez, 200 HR Vinyasa trauma sensitive yoga instructor. I primarily teach slow flow yoga for all levels with restorative and nidra sprinkled in. I am also a holistic health coach and believe wholly in a mind body spirit connection. My hope is to create a safe space for people to show up authentically as them selves and dive into healing + renewal through movement. I hope to see you in class soon!
