Sophia Mallie

Yoga Instructor + Sound Bath Facilitator

Sophia is a yoga instructor, singer and massage therapist from Oakland CA. She first found yoga when she was moving forward in a dancing career, but having a hard time in life. Through the struggle of perfectionism, self-criticism, and an eating disorder, she found healing and balance through yoga, Her passion is to help others feel at home in their body, connect to inspiration, & use the power of the mind to grow more happiness.

She brings over 10 years of teaching experience to her classes which weave a combination of uplifting music, intelligent sequencing, alignment, breath work, meditation & sound healing for a transformative full body experience.

She is known for her fun, compassionate nature & her ability to provide support to the needs of each student. When she isn't on the yoga mat, you'll find her dancing, swimming, performing music or traveling to her next retreat destination!

Miya Kishi Dunets

Special Guest Teacher

Miya Kishi Dunets is a yoga and meditation teacher, sound worker, Reiki practitioner, singer-songwriter, and contemplative psychotherapist with many years of training in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound. She is a life-long student committed to sharing the practices that help her to find steadiness, purpose, and peace.

Miya is a firm believer in the ability of conscious movement, stillness, breath, and sound to lead each of us to our highest selves. Through commitment and constant practice, we can find courage, compassion, resilience, and grace.
