Jess and Callie bring over 30 years of combined teaching experience, having led classes, teacher trainings, and retreats around the world. Their dynamic, multilevel Vinyasa Flow sessions—offered twice daily—will energize your body and inspire your heart. Evening practices rotate between gentle flow, grounding Restorative Sound Baths, and playful Aerial Hammock Yoga to help you reset and find new perspective.
Whether you crave high-energy exploration or peaceful restoration, this retreat has something for everyone. Spend your afternoons hiking, kayaking, or diving into the ocean—or simply unwind by the pool, indulge at the spa, or swing lazily in a hammock. With 20 years experience leading trainings & retreats worldwide, Jess enjoys guiding her students toward a celebration of the heart, an awareness of the intuitive body, and a deep sense of belonging. She embodies the belief that until we give adequately to ourselves, shining light into our own souls, only then can we find the wealth of energy to give with true intention. With that concept in mind, Jess's classes are full of playfulness, optimism, forgiveness, empowerment, and humor; reminding her students that anytime we link the mind, body, and soul and give selflessly with intention, on and off the mat, we are practicing yoga.

Callie loves blending movement, mantra and a healthy dose of humor to help students feel grounded, inspired and more at home in their bodies. Her classes are soulful yet accessible, with just enough challenge to keep things interesting.Wether leading community classes, chanting on the harmonium, or leading retreats, Callie creates a space where curiosity, connection, and joy can unfold.
