Our twice-daily mindful movement practices include gentle flow, Yin and Restorative yoga, myofascial release, breathwork, and meditation. Spacious afternoon hours allow time to follow your whims, whether they lead to grand adventures or quiet moments of joy. This retreat is yours to fill with purpose, or simply let be.
