Soulside retreats are a unique blend of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, combined with body recovery and strengthening strategies, wrapped in a relaxed, grounded, good-natured atmosphere. Our magic is in facilitating and creating intentional and sacred experiences. We know when to dim the lights, what music to set the vibe and how to bring a group together.

This retreat will give you time and tools to recover, rest, and renew, as we transition from the winter months into the spring. Through daily morning vinyasa yoga classes and afternoon body science sessions, in which you will be expertly guided through recovery strategies, myofascial techniques, and self-care approaches, you will feel held in a playful and safe space to go deeper into your yoga practice, learn practical tools for body recovery and take time out of your normal schedule to feel rejuvenated and connected.

Katie Halsted

Yoga + Mindfulness

Katie is a LCSW and E-RYT 200 teacher with 8 years of yoga teaching experience. Expect classes that incorporate strong, mindful, flowing movement with great music and nuggets of yogic wisdom. You’ll be encouraged to move at your pace and listen to your body, so please feel welcome whether you are a beginner yogi or have been practicing for many years.

Yoga + Strength + Coaching

Shaun is a E-RYT 500 teacher and personal trainer with over 20 years of experience. He has guided thousands of clients over his career, including dozens of professional and amateur athletes through ultra-marathons, triathlons, peak ascents, competitions of every sort as well as entire lifestyle and fitness overhauls.
