Yoga Teacher, Movement Therapist and Relationship Coach

Tracie Sage is an international love catalyst, yoga teacher and founder of Wild Spirit Yoga Retreats, facilitating transformational shifts into love, health, joy & thriving. She shares her enthusiasm for life in practical and playful ways to inspire our awareness and unfolding, deepening in connection with ourselves and each other.

Tracie is a devoted life-long student with extensive training in Movement Therapy, Relationship Coaching, anatomy & kinesiology, Pilates and Therapeutic Yoga. Her retreats are composed of a diverse array of practices including slow flow vinyasa, posture refinement, meditation, pranayama, self inquiry and so much more.
