With a decade of experience exploring the powerful mind-body-soul connection, she is devoted to supporting women on their healing journey towards self-love, authenticity, and expression. With roots in spiritual psychology and somatic therapy, Odeta uses a diverse set of holistic modalities in her coaching containers to help deepen her clients’ relationship to their body.
