As you emerge from the cocoon of winter, nourish your whole being with delicious food, deep breaths and gorgeous sunlight. For 8 days and 7 nights, you’ll live in a beautiful open air palapa surrounded by breathtaking views with a private beach at a boutique hotel nestled between a lush jungle and an emerald ocean. Your days will be filled with curated movement and meditation practices and plenty of time for exploring and relaxing to leave you feeling a resurgence of grounded energy.

For Dolly, what began as a recreational drop-in class many years ago, resulted in a paradigm shift to her values and spiritual identity. Dolly applies her multi-disciplinary training and experience with trauma therapy to any opportunity where she can offer guidance whether it be on or off the mat. Dolly guides her students with kindness and an unwavering belief that yoga is a journey of redefining what it means to be vulnerable and to understand vulnerability as something powerful and sincere, rather than something weak. Dolly is the founder of ‘Noble’ and she welcomes you with an open heart.

Bethany Godreau

Yoga Teacher

Yoga found Bethany in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in a moment of turbulence. She is a dedicated student and this commitment to continuous growth infuses her teaching with a deep sense of authenticity and passion.

Bethany is a teacher with a reverence for inclusive and creative spaces. Drawing from backgrounds in burlesque, pole dance, and aerial arts, Bethany invites a distinctly playful nature into the yoga practice.

Bethany will be sharing her passion and expertise in multiple classes over the course of the retreat.
