The Rooted Vagabond

The Rooted Vagabond

This retreat offers a calm, spacious reset—an invitation to step away from daily demands and reconnect with your body, breath, and natural rhythm. Set along Xinalani’s jungle coastline, each day blends Pilates, yoga, and somatic movement with time to rest, reflect, and fully enjoy your surroundings.

Mornings begin with intentional movement overlooking the water, followed by nourishing meals and open time to swim, relax, or explore. In the afternoons or evenings, we come back together for additional movement sessions designed to either deepen the work or offer a more restorative experience. The rhythm of the day allows space to unwind, integrate, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

This is a wellness retreat rooted in ease rather than intensity—designed to support nervous system regulation, gentle strengthening, and a deeper sense of presence. For those who want more challenge, practices can be layered to increase intensity and deepen the work at your own pace. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and restored, with a renewed connection to both your body and the natural world.
