You can expect a mix of invigorating classes like Hot Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Flows and calming restorative practices like Yin, breathwork & meditation. There will be 2 opportunities/day to practice.
Expertly taught yoga by seasoned teachers, nutritious meals, relaxed no judgment attitude. Skip yoga for a nap or get up and go for a run before class… it’s YOUR retreat. All of your needs taken care of so your biggest decisions revolve around connecting with what your body and soul really needs; does my body need more rest today or another yoga class, do I want to read by the pool or go for a dip in the ocean, am I needing connection with others or a solo mission to cleanse in the sauna. Learning to listen to your (soul’s) deep wants and needs.
