Yoga Teacher

While studying modern dance in college, Tilly stumbled upon hot yoga as a way to increase flexibility. Nearly a decade later, yoga is her primary source of movement, expression, and mindfulness. Becoming yoga teacher certified in 2018, Tilly landed at CorePower Yoga in San Francisco. She’s taught hundreds of classes since and has developed a style that is uniquely her own. Tilly incorporates her background in dance, functional anatomy, and knowledge of the body to create a vigorous, dynamic, and creative flow, set to a curated playlist.

Cas Varao

Yoga Teacher

Practicing for 10+ years, Cas has felt the powerful effects of yoga for not only the body, but also the mind and soul. She started her yoga journey taking community classes and eventually began venturing to every studio she could find throughout Boston. Cas quickly fell in love with the feeling of “flow state” and the after-class glow. Eager to deepen her practice, she became Yoga Sculpt certified in 2016 and completed her 200 Hour TT in 2019. Leading students and future teachers in Boston and San Francisco, Cas is passionate about bringing playfulness, presence and powerful flow into yoga.
